Well after doing this method 3 times I am having a problem. When I go to: Request a Service. I go to press it. All it does is redirect me to go Registering a new device. I can't get pass this. Anyone who can or can help me HMU. Not doing it on same account.

It looks as if it's now patched. It also redirects to a page for troubleshooting.

I have the same problem. They probably blocked it on our IP's or some shit

I tried to go back and get a kinect last night and when I clicked repair it just took me to a page saying access denied.
