The Kinect 2 can lip read!?

Sources have revealed that the next version of Microsoft's Kinect device might be accurate enough to lip read.

Improved motion sensing and voice recognition will let the Kinect 2 determine your mood, whether it we angry or sad etc. Aswell as this, it will also beable to detect what direction your facing.

The higher res Kinect 2 is obviously expected to work with the next Xbox console, tipped as the Xbox 720 which I have already mentioned may appear at CES in January.

That's impressive then, so not only would your body actions reflected on the game, so would your facial expressions too? i own an x-box 360 kinect and i am already satisfied with what it is now.

Finally! I've come across someone that actually likes the Kinect. I thought I was alone in the world. :bye:

Will I take even more accuracy? Sure, I will. That will bring me that much closer to a Kinect FPS, but like you, I'm pretty satisfied thus far. Some games need a little more tweaking than others, but overall, it's been quite enjoyable.

I really think that Microsoft should make the new xbox720 and then, after a while, start working on Kinect 2 with new technology but not now, in 2014-2015.
