If any one else needs to do the Fremennik Isles quest you can come and do it!
Basically we will all go on skype and watch the youtube video how to do it and Just run through it real fast

Skills: Level 20 Construction, Level 40 Agility, Level 46 Crafting, Level 56 Woodcutting, Ability to defeat a level 122 troll
Items: 15 GP, Raw tuna, 6 mithril ore, 7 coal ore OR 8 tin ore (depends on your mining level, bring the highest level ore you can mine out of the three; that is what you will be asked for), 9 ropes, hatchet, knife, 5 thread, needle, hammer, bronze nail
The general store in Neitiznot sells bronze nails, needles and thread, knives and hammers during the quest for a minimal fee.

Items: Ring of Life, one-click teleport, 5000 GP, Amulet of Catspeak, Good armour, weapon, food
