The fast road to 99 magic [F2P & P2P]

Hey guys, This is perhaps one of the fastest ways to train magic; just one setback, money. However, if that's no concern to you, then step right up and read on! :3
The method is superheating, and the exp is just as effective on f2p because you can use the same item that you would use on p2p i.e. gold bars or iron bars on the road to 99.
Why is this a great method? with gold bars, it can earn upwards of 60k smithing exp an hour and 135k magic xp an hour. Sounds good? That's because it is! :3
Here's a guide to get you started:

What you will need:-
  • A fire staff
    Plenty of nature runes
Plenty of Gold or Iron ores
And if you're doing it legit without botting; time & patience
Now there's quite a few benfits of doing this method and the only disadvantage is how expensive it can be.
You need to have the corresponding smithing level as you would to normally smith that bar (e.g. you need 15 for iron and 40 for gold)
The best place for F2P would be varrock east bank and for P2P, at the soulwars bank chest because you get no random events there.
It's suggested that you go on a medium populated world to ensure that if you're botting, you won't get picked out by a player or a mod for possibly using macros but not on a highly populated world because you want to ensure that you are yielding maximum exp per hour (lagg).
It's best that you play around with the spellbook to align it so that superheat is closest to the bottom of the inventory.

Because when you click on the ores to superheat them, it will always superheat from top to bottom, no matter which one that you click on.

Note:- The prices on this guide are only guide prices calculated by myself at the current price on the grand exchange and are subject to change thus me using the word roughly a multitude of times with the price calculations.

I hope this has helped you decide on your options if you're going for 99 magic; and good luck! :)

Im doing high alch on 97k feathers

I also did High alchemy, but I would have done this if knew you will get around 130k xp and also smithing xp -_-

vouch, considering its magic AND smithing, to exspensive skilsl, its worth the price
E: great guide dude
10/10

Could you please add to the thread an estimate of how much you have to spend, and how high your smithing level will be when you are 99 Magic? Thanks,

WetRain

Also I like the guide, I didn't know you got Smithing experience from this method.

I did superheating upto 80 magic, and I didnt hit anywhere near 130k xp per hour.

This looks like a good idea, I might try it out. =)
You should add how much money you lose per alch, though, on different ores.

Spinning amulets is the best

I think doing hunter kits is actually.

Um, sorry about being a newbie, but what's a "hunter kit"?
Never heard of it before, honestly.

This is a good idea, I never thought about rearranging the spells. Thanks for the idea!

The way I got 99 magic was high alching. It seemed like the most logical, easiest, and cheapest way to eventually succeed in my 'road' to 99 magic. Great guide none the less, hopefully it will assist many people out while they try to achieve such a prestigious goal.

Not going to flame but this method is all over youtube so you're abit late buddy. Anyway thanks for sharing it with the community!
