The best way to level my combat?

Hey, so I want to bot more advanced things and get my gp/hour up, so I want to kill dragons now (thanks to automaticcoding) so, what is the fastest way to level my defence, strength, and attack to level 70?
I will bot, and I am a level 3 member

I did flesh crawlers from 55 to 70. It's 100xp per crawler killed, and you can get a good 90-120k xp an hour if your persistent.

Bot chickens you make like 500k in a day and decent xp lol, I've gotted two 70 stats from just botting chickens and around 20m
