ghouls does not have a high ban rate me and a lot of friends have been botting there

Fixed that for you, and your just lucky ones I guess but thats like the main place the bot busters go and a lot of people are reporting getting banned there.

Well you can't really be mad at them since you did exactly what they are telling you not to do. You could always get on a different connection and play on a new account. Maybe start a new project like a pure or skiller?
