Well it used to be on the 360 a year ago. Its in no way vulgar or even close to it. Just a normal word.

I've had the same problem with my tag before. I called Microsoft and they were not able to help me so I just ended up swapping the tag. Good luck.

its been off the market for a year or so. so id think it would be safe but that never turns out well.

It was some glitch with the account my tag was on. I couldn't console it to my 360 so I tried swapped my tag to another fresh account and it worked.
