Tenure's Dropping??

Has anyone elses' tenure on your Xbox account dropped? Mine dropped from a 3 to a 2 O_O . I'm Just wondering because I'm kind of Pissed, Lol.

Mine went from 5 to 0 and Microsoft said they could not fix it and i complained that i was playing H3 and theres Proof when i made my account its bullshit, Good luck getting your tenure back i didn't get mine :/
