Teeth marks appearing on my arm?

They're not red like marks, they're just dis-colored. Like... darker than the rest of my skin. They're very small teeth marks like a dog (small dog) or baby's teeth. I haven't been bitten recently so I'm confused. Only started showing really this month. I would take a photo, but web-cams are shit quality so there's no point.
