How much has technology replaced traditional methods in your region? Are the teaching methods more tech-savvy now? Let us know the facts about the schools in your place.
My school always had computers, however they weren't so good, actually they were pretty bad. 2 months ago they bought some new ones. We also use projectors.
We use projectors (not many) We own like 7 laptops and 21 (Give or take a few) Netbooks, we don't use them much but were starting to type essays in class with them.. It's a private school with NO money we run on sponsors that can die any day xD
Yes, my school has nice everything..... Besides interior, but not bad.. My school doesn't have laptop I wish it did. I would just pull it out and get on here.
My school has netbooks for all students, textbooks on the school network to access with the netbook, we also have laptops for all teachers, iMacs in the media center. Projectors in every class, and smartboards in all science and art classes,
My school is not that outdated. we use projectors, laptops, etc too. but I think the use of these stuffs make the teachers lazy. I mean, majority of my teachers just read the text on their power point presentation and they don't bother explaining the text they have read.
well i don't know about other schools but the one in which my brother goes hadn't brought that much of change. Only computers are present there and those computers, God knows how old are they lol. And there are so many restricitons for children on these computers. they are only allowed to open Microsoft office and power point only.
Well... In my English course, the teachers have already used in-focus/LCD in teaching process. So, actually they are already technology savvy. I think nowadays it is a must to use modern equipment in teaching process.
There are few schools that have completely stuck to technological teaching methods. Few schools at my region have a TV and a computer in every class for the use of kids.
