Two police SUV's fastly pulled up in front of my house with their lights off, meaning headlights and sirens. They have been sitting out there for about 5-10 minutes. Or do cops usually park on the opposite side of the street of the persons house? Need this answer quickly, thanks.

If it is a swat team they will examine the surroundings for the best entry points shouldn't take more then 5 minutes and they'd be busting your shit in.
