I tried to make your GT the minute i heard Snoop changed his name lol. As far as knowing how to swap banned tags i'm clueless. Yall need to stop banning them in the first place tho, idk why so many tags are getting banned ppl be doing dumb things on them lol. GL to finding a method tho.
