By the code on amazon and make shure its a card that goes with your region i think they have canada and eu cards

you can use your card as normal on it or an xbox live code as they are accepted worldwide but msp are regional only so your best bet is to buy it on eBay or amazon.

They don't allow what your asking which is what I think is unfair if somebody moved to a different country like my mate did.
