I see threads on this all the time, so here is the official guidelines for Upgrades being applied.


1. All accounts are inspected by the administrator before being upgraded.
2. It may take up to 48 hours before you receive your upgrade.
3. Do not contact the administrator until it has been 48 hours.
4. Any sort of payment fraud or charge back will result in an account closure.
5. No refunds will be given under any circumstance.​
