As an exception from RG i will allow them to apply only on the basis that they meet the other reqs.

@Raptor, I was accepted yesterday. Hopefully I'll be staying. For anyone else, this really is the most active if the groups I've been in on FK. I would definitely advise trying to join. GL to everyone.
