I buy drum kits and stuff and the packs already have all these samples, I'm assuming you can just download sample packs online or something.

You can, of course. And semi off topic from your beat, but my local friend put me onto http://warez-audio.club/ If you pay for premium ($10 a month) you can download all of the shit instantly via their Google Drive or FTP. I don't really mess with the VST's on there because I am always sketched out when it comes to opening EXE files, but I have no problem grabbing all the WAV sample packs. I've copped 606 packs now in the last 3 months

It's obviously not legit, but it's like Christmas everyday when I check for new packs haha. They got all the stuff from Loopmasters, Samplephonics, Sample Magic, GoldBaby etc.
