If you are feeling suicidal now, please stop long enough to read the following. It will only take a few minutes. I'm not here to talk you out of your bad feelings nor am I a therapist or any other mental health professional but merely someone that understands what it is like to be in a losing battle with pain.
I don't personally know you, or why you've come to this thread but I do know that you're reading it and that is already an amazing start. I assume you are here because you're a troubled person with an endless flow of emotions therefore considering ending your life. If it were possible, I would rather sit with you and talk, heart to heat but seeing as that is not possible I will need to make the most out of this topic.
I have also been a suicidal person, and I have talked people out of ending their life and I know people who plan to kill themselves. I know what you're going through, and I know you're not willing to read a 500 page novel so I will keep this short & simple; straight to the point.
As much as you may feel as though you've made up your mind about living, you're reading this and you've made it this far, which can only mean you're looking for a reason to save yourself from doing so. Like I mentioned, I'm not here to convince you otherwise however I would like to reach out. If you would like to talk to someone about what you've gone through, how you feel, etc., I'd be more than willing to discuss anything with you. All you need to do is PM me.
Remember, suicide is not chosen, it happens when pain exceeds resources for coping with pain; almost like a bathtub overflowing. If you can adopt new methods or improve existing manners of coping with pain, you'll pull through.
I've taken the time time to gather various coping resources such as hotlines and chat rooms. The choice is yours considering I know some of you may favour speaking to
someone in voice rather than typing your life story. Without further a due;

These are a few of the many preventative ways in which you can use. If you feel uneasy speaking over the phone, by all means message me any time of the day, any day of the week and I promise I will attend to your needs and give my full and undivided attention.
