Nope, unfortunately not, it appears the client crashes after the 6 hour time period instead of refreshing.
It's a pity, just makes overnight botting a little more difficult.

I don't know why it works sometimes and other it doesn't, I've had 13+ hour proggies as sometimes it will just crash at 6 ):
