Suggestions for guidelines for an award?

This is in "Spamming & Trolling" because I have no idea where to put this.

Well, I'm purchasing an award, and have decided to make an attempt to have it be the most rare award on ForumKorner (other than ones that cannot be handed out [or Money Maker]).

Do you guys have any suggestions for guidelines?

- Strict guidelines?
- Charge a fee?
- Any ideas?

Why is this in spamming and trolling, I don't get it?
The best way to have the most exclusive award is to NEVER give it out. Name it mystery and don't give it to anyone including yourself. Or, if you want a somewhat attainable award, that'd still be a cool award. Just give it guidelines on achieving it, but don't let them be known to anyone other than yourself. Then, if you come across someone who meets these guidelines, hand it out without any notice. Now that I think about it, this would be a sick award. I wish I could change mine to this. Haha. You could also just make the image a question mark.

Don't charge. Make it have strict guidelines. As to what those guidelines are based on, I don't have an idea. That'd be up to you.

Make a joke award and name it after me. Then we will not give it to Leader to make him mad.

Honestly? You always have to think of some way to be a complete ass to me. I'm not dumb. I know you're referring to the many times you've told me to drink bleach. You feel the need to attempt to demean my self-esteem, and it gets quite annoying. I avoid talking to you, unless it's on serious terms, but you just won't give up. Will you?
