If it's easy then it should be changed, but I don't think you can move a new award in a certain way so that it goes where you want. It may just make a fresh one at the bottom of the list.

Investors is an upgrade I assure you. Philly is the site, he could destroy it at any point off his desire. Of course he is technically a user to.

First, reordering awards would cause @Philly to have to delete every single award up to the Power+ award just to add your "idea" (including member's awards).
Second, Investors is not an upgrade, @gunnar is correct. It's also not site-owned. It's just a group owned by @Philly and a member, offering users more reputation, a behind the scenes look at the site, etc.
These are the facts. Don't argue with them. You could compare Investors to Supporter, but not Power+.

Unfortunately it is not that easy to rearrange awards, while the awards system itself is currently, this minute being revamped for us , it is a massive project and wont be done for a couple more weeks most likely. Even then rearranging awards may still not be an option, or easy for that matter.

That's understandable. You could always change the 'Donator Award' to the Investors award as an exception of removing the award in general? (for when you replace them with userbars.)

The 'Donator' award may be changing as Philly is putting in userbars for it instead. (At-least I believe that's the case), so if he is to get rid of that award for exchange for the userbars, he could simply change the award instead of removing it?

Regardless of that, he may decide to keep the awards for it as previously people who donated for that award may not want/like the userbar and may want to keep the award.
