Suggestion

A drugs subforum or a vices or whatever that word is because I always see sever people ever now and than post stuff in the smokers lounge that is not even about smoking but just drugs in general. So yeah...

I think this addition would help because then, it wouldn't spam the smokers section with a bunch of different drugs.
The smokers section is directly for smoking.

Well than maybe @Philly could change the subforums name from smokers lounge to something to fit it all.

He would have done it already when it was suggested before if he wanted to. 
Also tagging him won't make him do it. If this was popular enough he would see it on his own.

I agree with @FeaR . If Philly didn't implement this back in 2012 when it was very active (forum as a whole) he probably won't do it now .
