I think there should be a notification when somebody grants you their award or removes it.

I think this because it is quite annoying when you have to check your awards to see if somebody removs it or grants you it because you never really know if you have a lot..

Also, you could add a group section too.
To let you know when you have been added to a group, or removed from one with the reason to why you were removed!
