[Suggestion] Visitor Messages

Hi. I don't know if this has been suggested or not, or if it's even available in this forum style. But what I think would be good it for there to be Visitor Messages you could write to other users.

Don't think it's necessarily needed, as we can just PM others and use the rep system but I'll support.

PMing takes up space in the inbox for non-donors.
A visitor messaging process would be an easy way to leave messages for people and leaving Private Messaging as a Private or Urgent way of communication. Nice suggestion.
