Suggestion: Raise Cost of Username/Usertitle Change

You shouldn't be able to change anything with koins. You should upgrade with koins then have the feature like everyone else who spent their money.

Not only that, but username changes purchased with Koins are not shown on a user's username history, therefore it could be used as a perk for scammers.

To be honest, the scamming part isn't as big of an issue since in the persons PM's the name will change, as far as I know it updates the DB and removes the original name with a replacement, so everything they did before the username change will still be there (including scamming)

True true, but you can also pay Philly to change your username, and it will not show up. I think this community is too tight to have a continuous lurking scammer.
