[Suggestion] Halloween Award

I noticed there are 2 other holiday awards and I would like to propose the idea of a halloween award.

Hope this suggestion is considered

Orr..... Something a little more beneficial to the forum. Perhaps a challenge of some sort to spice things up around here. Challenges are fun.
Ex. So many posts + riddles/challenges from the staff. Really anything would be more interesting than looking at sweaty kids in costumes. ;P

goosebumps is thaa shittt lol i've watched all of em on netflix so i'm fked this year.
every halloween that came up so far in NY has rained for the past 3 years or 4.
I usually go with my little cousin so he can trick or treat and go to this town where they gave candies every store on that street.
