Suggest me an RSPS

I'm looking for a good 317-474 with no questing, no custom items, and somewhat fast leveling so I can go straight to pking. Another thing to note is I want correct hitting with the correct formulas for special attacks and attacks in general(e.g. I don't want to be hitting 50s with whips and speccing 49-50 dds specs).

Doesn't Near-Reality have custom items? That's the only problem I have with it. Lava whips and lime whips? Blah, they need to take it out and I'd actually play.

On my mind right now is Palidino. Any other suggestions?
