Suggest me a bot

I just finished testing my last bot. It was a private money making bot for my mate, I'm not really going to release it as it'll make me and my mate gain less money (currently 3M/hour, googled it and can't find it anywhere)

So, what bot should I make now? This bot I will release.

Thinking about the following, but suggest anything

Dragon killer (supports every type of dragon in every location)
Godwars bot of some description with banking
Castle wars bot (I was thinking about it, but I don't really know if I want to. Pretty shit rewards)
A fully functional farming bot that supports every location/farming type (though, I'd need to learn how to farm in the first place. Never done that skill legit)
A puro puro bot
A bot that gets dragon defenders (You leave it with full rune, it'll get the points and kill Cyclopses for defenders, all in one run)

Or anything else, just tell me what I should make and I'll think about it =D

I just feel like making a bot, but if someone suggests a bot that just 'fits' in my mind I'll make it.

It's supposed to be like 650k-2.5m an hour or something.

I'll look into it, how high ban-rate (E.G. how much is jagex looking into it, not the bot itself) and how much is chance? (E.G. How often will you make like 100k/hour because you didn't find any imps.)
