Well, I purchased a few things about a week ago. Checked the payment to see if it went through on PayPal and it did indeed. Now usually they'd ship it within one business day so I checked on Tuesday seeing as I ordered it on saturday.
There wasn't a tracking ID. I paid for UPS express shipping so they're suppose to give you one. I e-mailed them and they told me that they haven't shipped it yet and will E-mail me with the proper information when the time comes.
Well, now it's Saturday again and I still haven't heard from them, and there isn't even a purchase history on my account on their site. Just e-mailed them in hopes of getting some free shit since I'm a first time customer and am very displeased with their first impression of service. Time to wait until Monday for a response seeing as they're closed all day tomorrow.
So, has this happened to anyone else who has ordered stuff online? How did it end?
