i need some new ways to study as im not doing to good at school, i don't know how to study efficently can anyone help please and tell me how i should use the computer less often

at the back of the text book for your subject, there will be chapter summaries of the sections you learn, each of them should have questions.
do the questions for each chapter or what ever your school calls it.
