Stripping Accounts?

Is anyone aware on how to strip accounts? I originally tried on a call with a guy, saying I was going on vacation for a few months, etc. Sadly, they weren't able to do it. They only do it for accounts with CC's on them, but the guy tried to talk to his Supervisor, but he wouldn't allow it. It seems fairly stupid that they won't do it with an account that has Pre-Paid codes on it, as it's still Xbox Live time which is no different than Xbox Live time bought with a CC, only the payment method. If anyone is aware on how to do this still, then please let me know.

Every time I strip an account of gold they never ask if there's a credit card on the account and I always use prepaid gold cards for my accounts maybe you just keep trying again until you get a person who will do it for you

When was the last time you called and which department did you call?

not sure what your trying to get off the account the CC or the XBL gold. you can call and tell them you want the gold off an account and they will send you the tokens to your email.

I called about 3 weeks ago and I just call in with a reference number that lets me directly speak to an agent
