Strenght / attack training? (pure)

Could somebody please tell me a good place to train Strenght and Attack on my pure?

Bearing in mind i will be botting. i have 55 hp, 11 prayer and im only combat 62.

Try Flesh Crawlers, pretty much afk training. They are in Stronghold of Security.

Their combat level is 23, of course.

Maybe elite didn't know =P I used this to get 40-60 str on my pure.

hmm if you had 43 prayer you could kill bandits in the desert thats what i did its epic xp but i trained at Minotaurs before i went to bandits so would prefer you minotaurs

Bot experiments. Got me 50-80 str in 4 days ( Not 24/7 ).

Make sure you do the quests you ABSOLUTELY need first that give you attack EXP. That way you don't go over 60.

They get non aggressive after a certain amount of time.
