Streaming bandwidth?

Usually a 45 minute tv show would be about 700mb or so to download, how much bandwidth would it use to view online streamed?

Yes. You're still downloading it, the only difference is you're watching it as it's being downloaded, hence the word 'streaming.'
Just download whatever it is regularly imo, at least then you can watch it whenever you want.
