The forum was initially supposed to be like this. Think about it.

If the forum is dark forums, a computing/security/gfx/anime/whatever how the hell are they supposed to make it "original" every possible "original" idea has been taken by other forums and most of the possibilities have been taken by hackforums.

In order to make a forum unlike hackforums the admins would have to make a forum that is completely different and in my personal opinion i would prefer it as it is. It may be a small version of hackforums but i personally prefer to spend my time here.

Try putting some effort into some good quality posts rather than pointing out the obvious and maybe you will enjoy your time here more. ^^

You're contradicting yourself by making a thread about avoiding it, while bringing more discussion on it.

HF is the biggest MyBB forum, of course every forum will have at least one similiarity

I can't disagree that there are parts that will be similar.

However, yes the awards are free to come with HF (Omni made them, and said we could use them)

However, To me - HackForums is a great setup of a forum, why would I not want to compare a few things to make it stable and strict?

If you've noticed, everyone here has done their part just like they did on hackforums. I still do. I am not trying to "Copy" hackforums, and if I was - Since omniscient is a hidden member here he would say something about it then, am I correct?
