I'll give you some advice as the ultimate master of migraines. I'm a terrible sufferer of them, and occasionally get the week long ones which looks like what you're going through. Have you physically been sick? There's no need to go to a Doctor, nothing is going to help it apart from the usual tablets (unless you're a often sufferer, then you should have prescribed tablets).
Here in the UK I take something called Syndol, which basically knocks you out cold for like 4-5 hours, which is all you need to do with a migraine, sleep. I know it's boring but it's the best thing. If you don't have Syndol just take the regular paracetamol, and whatever else you're allowed with them. Sleep heals you. You need regular drinks, even when you're not thirsty, and lots of them. Water, preferably. The best thing to do though is this. Get a wet flanel, ice pack or some frozen peas (always the best choice, peas) and hold them on your head in a pitch black room with a comfy bed, and go to sleep with it rested on your head.
The natural temperature of the frozen substance cools your temperature, the fluid you've taken (water hopefully) will help cool you down as well. With the peas on your head, your migraine will temporarily go away after a long period because it's so cold (numbs your head basically). If you could ask someone in your house hold to maybe re-freeze the peas whilst you're asleep for a while that could really help, it's not necessary though.
The one thing I didn't suffer with is the ear problem. If it's throbbing hard, and they really hurt (I know they're very painful) then Doctors is where you need to go. But all of the above will help and remove the migraine over due time, you'll need to gradually get up and around more in your house and avoid any sunlight.
