Can anyone help me out with this? I just bought a GT from a member on here, and apparently it wont let me add any msp/xbl because of this status code.. any help on how to remove it?

Is the country region on the account US?

If not then you need to buy world wide points to the account.

If the account is EU, you need EU points.

If it's EU just search for an EU address and add that to the account. Then if you have paypal you could just buy msp with paypal. If not you need EU points..

It can also mean your purchasing privileges have been locked, but it is normally due to attempting to use us msps on a eu account or visa versa.

Nah he doesnt owe money cause he was playing on it. If you owe money you get suspended untill you pay.
