I got an Xbox account with the following:

Mw2 : 10th w/ Unlockall
BO1 : 10th w/ Unlockall
Mw3 : 20th w/ Unlockall
Ghost : 10th w/ Unlockall

Price?
 
I'd say around $15-$20, I mean it's easy as hell to get lobbies.
 
I would say about 40$ to a random cod fanboy.
