I'm currently starting up a new channel based around gameplay, Youtube.com/Calamity and I'm in need of a few things before I start posting videos. Thank you to anyone in advance who can provide some knowledge or help on any of these things 
One is an avatar (800px wide, 800px tall as suggested by YouTube)). I would like this avatar to be based around the "Calamity" symbol for wearing the Calamity ring in Dark Souls. I sadly can't get a large picture of this, but I have a few nice quality screenshots
The symbol is based off the dragon Kalameet's eye, which looks like this
The second thing I need is an intro. I would like it to be something around fire, destruction, cataclysm (as that's what Calamity is). There's a few good looking templates on YouTube I've seen as well, but I'm open to other ideas.
The third and final thing I need is a background (1500px wide, 2000px tall as suggested by YouTube). I'd like this to also be based around fire, destruction, cataclysm, the works. Just look at these pictures for a feeling of what I'm describing.
