Staff trials Suggestion

Well as the new theme is coming to uzigaming in the next few days, There should be staff trials when the new theme is here.

I think the advisor group is basically a staff trail. Not sure though.

Why would you need a trial, you should show the staff you would be a good staff member, if your not then they demote you.

We already have enough staff members for now. As for a trial group, Advisers are basically a trial group before becoming part of the 'Staff' group.
