Staff Post Count User rage!

Im just ranting about when user's get mad when a another user is awarded staff with not the highest post count. the thing is post count is the biggest concern when a admin is looking for a staff member, its just the member. like is he a friendly user & if your experienced. of course they are not going to hire you if you signed up with in that day or week. but if you post "real" posts, your a good user, your pretty experienced. the post count may be low because they don't spam like other members ( mostly the user getting mad about this ).

I was one of the highest for a few days, but many people passed, simply due to the fact I only post when I think necessary.

Post count shouldn't matter.

Post count doesn't matter at all, what matters is what you are posting ^-^

I have a pretty low post count, because I am now focusing on banning bots and deleting their posts/threads.
