Staff, please help me

I was trying to change my usertitle and all three times it said:

"Blah blah blah over 40 characters, cannot do so"

Then I shortened it under 40 characters and it said I don't have enough koins.

I want a fucking refund. I am not gonna pay 15 koins for something that is not there. I am pissed as fuck now. Please help.
