Referring to your last post. I don't start arguments. I respond to posts. I have been in many debates with @"deathcrow". A debate is not an argument. I responded to many of @"eXero"'s posts with flame because he was pissing me off. Everyone gets pissed off. I don't try to act "cool".

And the admins before were useless as well

Your problem is with eXero. It doesn't matter if he pisses you off, you as an admin must now adhere to a certain level of professionalism. If you still engage in flame wars with ex I'll laugh. The fact that you flamed him at all shows you're unprepared for any form of authority.

I haven't deleted any of my posts. I have had 3 posts removed for flame in the last month and I received warnings for them.

I appreciate reading everyone's thoughts and opinions on this but I believe it is time to close this thread. If you would like to keep talking about this you can pm each other , use Skype, or even start a new thread in the lobby section if you really feel there is more that needs to be said.
