He was alive during that in the hospital if i'm not mistaken.
but he did die afterwards.

I dont think his brain was working in the hospital so he probably couldnt even think or feel anything.

All you hear is the fucking doctors speaking that gibberish spanish sounding language and he sounds like he is breathing through a stuffed up nose, or a small leak in your tire, like his breathing is all fucked up
