Looking for an EXTREMELY loud speaker, I'm talking top notch best soundbar/etc. Needs to have bluetooth and a SHIT TON of bass.

Also can someone explain what "watts" are when it comes to audio equipment?
If you can teach me the basics of audio, it would be appreciated.

Get you an indoor subwoofer. You will feel all the bass.
