Spam, Accepted/Forwarded Suggestions, & Archive

I haven't seen a spam section around the forum, would be nice to have somewhere to go wild without any reason. Also, a subsection for the suggestions you could have a separate section to put forwarded suggestions and Archive would be a section used for reference. All (solved, rejected, etc.) threads would go in there.

Spam is a neutral forum, everything's allowed but it's basically considered trash.
You don't gain post counts for spam.
