Can I change the email associated with it? I'm about to get this tag the guy has been off of it since November 2012 and I was wondering if theres any way I could change the email associated with the xbox account?

Usually yes, but for the last few months Microsoft/Xbox has disabled the feature to change the WLID.

Damn. Alright I was also wondering, if I have the account on my xbox for 30 days will he still be able to take it back? I can't remember what it was but there was something about 30 days...
