Seriously though, I suggest that you just say you like her too, then express your likings for her in person. Don't bring her flowers or that gay shit, just hug her (it's hard, i know), and then talk to her about herself a lot. then get really close and eventually when you feel that she is ready, sneak a kiss in when she least expects it. Make sure shes chewing gum so it isn't awks if she has bad breath (the same for you).

Try to be alone when you kiss, and don't rush it.
