I think you're screwed then. Unless you manage to remember your password I doubt anyone could crack it unless you gave it a really bad password
I always add and verify real emails to my kiks and save the passwords on my phone and on paper notes.

No, seriously that actually sucks. Same thing happened to me but with a bunch of decent semi gamertags I made a few years ago. Forgot their email log ins and alts I attatched.
