As others have said, you don't need a 360.
If you've just redeemed the gold it may take a while to show on the account, and the tenure may take even longer to show.

He said that a rep told him if you've had a continuous year before and you now have active gold you're good.

@Emp you should be able to call MS and they will tell you wether or not they can see an active tenure from their side. Thatd probably be your best bet, I looked again and still shows silver.

If you just redeemed a 1 month, it can take a few hours or a day i think for the tenure to show

I don't even have an Xbox One lmao

@emp i had few tenures that 100% has over 5 year. Since I always bought two Xbox live codes every year one for me and one for my cousin. Whilst i swapped accounts. He kept his. I checked his billing and it showed 12 month gold ended like around March.

So I added Xbox live 1 month gold. Tenure doesn't pop up it appears silver to everyone on 360. I tried backward compatible it shows I'm gold but with no tenure. But when someone searches me up if shows silver.


However I have other tenure where it has atleast 5 year tenure. Gold finished last week and I redeemed 1 month today and it's working fine.

I think Xbox servers or some shit playing up
