I can only +3 and -3. Please give me +9 and -9 again.

Feedback is for feedback and suggestions on the forum. This is an account problem. "Have a suggestion for Rune Gear or just wanting to give us some feedback? Then this is the forum for you."

When (probably glen) was messing with your account your groups were only assigned to custom groups, therefore taking away premium group. Premium has been re applied to your account now. :)
