GOOD LUCK, TELL US HOW IT WENT!

She shoved it back into place. And gave me a nice rub too ;). It's still really sore but she said I'll be grand in a few weeks. She gave me lots of exercises to do as well. Will give it a rest tonight and see how it is tomorrow

Glad you will be fine. Unlucky to Donkor though. Sounds more like a genetic problem rather than the generic slipped disk.

I didn't even realise that many young people have back problems. Now I know how a lot of the older generation feel. :/

I think school causes 100% of this shit. Carrying around a backpack around and day and sitting in hard ass cheap chairs is fucking terrible. I broke my tail bone in like 4 different places because of skateboarding.. I didn't even know until the whole summer was over (2 months later) and couldn't stand the pain anymore. Went to the hospital and they did a lot of scan on my lower back and called my house and said a couple small bones were fractured/broken.

Love me some lacrosse. Get at me bitches.

Hey Domasaurus I hope you feel better man slipped discs are not fun and they hurt pretty badly hope you get better without surgery best wishes :)

Yeah Wreck, totally, school backpacks and chairs totally cause this problem. /Sarcasm

People in the Army carry bags on their backs which way around 2-3 stone (don't know what that is in lbs, something like 42lbs?). Instead of chairs, they sit with nothing to lean on or lay down on concrete floors/roads. Or sleep on grass, or in tents. Everyday. 24 hours a day. Yes they're trained for it, but come on.

6 hours a day at school, only physically carrying your backpack around for like a total of 1/2hrs if that...
